The Team

Real people, named, here in Idaho.

Cooper Norman Wealth advisors bring integrated tax-and-wealth experience. Most have worked inside the Cooper Norman CPA platform before stepping into the wealth practice.

Our Hiring Standard

We hire for two qualifications. Neither is optional.

Every Cooper Norman Wealth advisor must hold a CFP® designation (or equivalent fiduciary credential) and demonstrate deep experience inside the Cooper Norman tax-and-audit platform. We don't hire from wirehouses. We grow advisors from inside the firm that already knows your business.

Leadership

The advisors you'll work with, by name.

Below are the roles every Cooper Norman Wealth engagement is staffed against, led by the named advisors above.

Eric Story, CPA, CITP, PFS, Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at Cooper Norman Wealth, meeting with retired Idaho clients.
Joey Maddux, CFP, Financial Advisor and Tax Manager at Cooper Norman Wealth, in conversation with a couple.

Every Cooper Norman Wealth engagement starts with the same handoff: your existing Cooper Norman CPA walks you into the room with a named wealth advisor, not a queue.
